About Brain Noise™
🧠 About Brain Noise™
Brain Noise™ is for the overthinkers, the overstimulated, and the ones who were never taught how to rest.
It’s for the people who feel too much, think too loudly, and have spent their lives trying to be “normal” in a world that wasn’t built for them.
My Story
I grew up as a Filipino immigrant, in a family and culture where mental health didn’t exist - where ADHD was just being difficult, where anxiety was weakness, and where silence was survival.
There were no labels.
No therapy.
No space to say “I’m struggling.”
But eventually, the noise in my head got too loud to ignore.
So I made the decision to start going to therapy - not for anyone else, but for me.
For the first time, I realized:
Healing is my responsibility,
and no one else’s.
That choice opened my mind to just how important this work is - how much our unspoken pain affects our daily lives, our relationships, our identity.
And how deeply I wish I had been seen, supported, or simply told,
“You’re not broken. You just think differently.”
Why I Created Brain Noise™
This brand is my way of creating what I never had growing up:
- A space that normalizes neurodivergence
- Clothing and tools that speak the language of inner chaos
- Soft reminders that say “you’re doing enough.”
It’s not about being aesthetic.
It’s about being honest.
Every hoodie, journal, and poster is designed with emotion in mind - for the ones who stim, spiral, mask, or meltdown.
For the ones still figuring it out.
Giving Back
We donate 5% of profits to mental health nonprofits like:
- NAMI – National Alliance on Mental Illness
- ASAN – Autistic Self Advocacy Network
Because not everyone has access to therapy, community, or safe language.
But we all deserve support.
Final Words
If you’ve ever felt like your brain was “too much”...
If you were never given tools, compassion, or space…
If you’re choosing to break cycles and start healing...
Then this is for you.
You're not lazy.
You're not weird.
You're not broken.
You're just loud inside.
And now you’re seen.
